I cannot pin some of my apps. Such as Libre Office Writer, Google Chrome, and Skype. I do not even have the option to pin these when they are open. Terminal, and Files do pin, but they will not launch. I have several other apps that pin just fine, incuding Firefox, Filezilla, Gimp, Clementine (I even get the controls for it). Is this an issue with something in Xubuntu 13.10? The error happens because you add the Xubuntu cdrom as repository and the cdrom is not insert.
